Located in the Zizkov district, Akropolis is a multifunctional building which harbors a restaurant, a theatre, a club, radio headquarters, and an information center. The building was constructed in the first half of the 20th century, and the beginning, it served as a biograph only. After almost a decade, this building was converted into a theatre. Also, the owners of Akropolis kept changing a lot, but the fundamental cultural element was also served through it, no matter what. Luckily, this cultural center has survived to date as well and is the right tourism spot to visit.
